I'm currently studying Exercise Science and will be starting graduate school this fall at Walsh University to pursue my Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. I'm passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through movement, exercise, and healthy habits, and I love supporting others on their wellness journey.

When I'm not in the studio, you can usually find me curled up with a good book, enjoying a sweet treat, watching movies, or spending time with my dog.

I'm excited to be part of the Revive team and look forward to helping you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the studio!

I'm currently a Marketing major at The Ohio State University and have a passion for health, wellness, and building meaningful connections within the community. I'm excited to be joining the Revive team as an instructor and helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and supported in their wellness journey.

When I'm not in class or teaching, I enjoy staying active, being creative, and finding new ways to connect with others through fitness and wellness.

I also focus highly on nail and cuticle health, and making sure your nails are right for your lifestyle.
