We get asked a lot about this tool we use in our strike programing. This is the strike stick from that we use to help promote the proper mechanics in striking. Can be used for both independent striking and 2hand striking. The external rotation of the thumbs and torque created in the movement pattern is elite when used correctly. The tension helps in developing the lats that promotes power and speed in the strike when used correctly. Want to learn more about it, DM me with questions!
