🔥Girls ages 8-18!🔥
Apply by July 1 to be the next MCFA Rodeo Queen or Princess in Canton!

❓What’s in it for you?
1. Win prizes including a crown, buckle, sash, breast collar, jewelry, and more!
2. Travel to rodeos and events meeting new friends and representing rodeo! Ride in the arena during performances, read books at elementary schools, ride in parades, possibilities are endless!
3. This experience looks great as volunteer service and leadership on resumes, FFA applications, and in 4-H record books!
4. Meet girls and women who will be excellent role models and lifelong support and friends!

🤷🏼‍♀️ What do I need to compete?
1. Only $25 to enter. Only other expense is to find a person or business to sponsor you with $50.
2. A horse that will carry a flag.
3. Clothes: western shirt and jeans, boots, felt hat, interview outfit (pants or skirt usually with a jacket or vest), and western trendy outfit (a fun western outfit!).
4. A smile and willingness to try! We will help you with any questions, so don’t be scared if it’s new! After you apply, we will send you study and preparation materials to help you put your best foot forward!

👑Are you looking for a rodeo pageant to enter this summer? Consider competing to represent the CPRA rodeo in Canton as the 2026 MCFA Rodeo Queen or Princess!

We have worked with both beginning and returning rodeo pageant competitors, so don’t be nervous about trying something new. We would love to help guide you along the way.

We are excited to announce the addition of a modeling segment with our impromptu questions this year! Contestants will model a western trendy (not formal) outfit of their choice before answering their impromptu questions.

MCFA Rodeo Princess Jovey Henry attended the speech and modeling portion of the Kansas High School Rodeo Queen pageant at Kansas Star Casino in Mulvane. The winner will be crowned on Sunday before the high school finals short go. Best of luck to RaManda and Tessa!

It’s been a long-standing tradition for MCFA Rodeo Royalty to ride in the All Schools Day parade in McPherson, and this year was no exception. Queen Kassidy Ryan and Princess Jovey Henry proudly carried the Kansas and MCFA flags during this year’s Star-Spangled Celebration!

What beautiful weather for Canton-Galva FFA’s 4th grade Day on the Farm! 2025 MCFA Rodeo Princess Jovey Henry joined 2026 Miss Teen Rodeo Kansas Faith McMannis to talk about horse facts, horse safety, and the job of a rodeo queen. Tiger the horse along with a cow, hog, and chicken gave the kids a hands-on look at farm animals. 🐴🐮🐷🐔
