Hello everyone, this is my first video post and I know it needs a little improvement lol ok a lot of improvement. You have to start somewhere though. I am open to any constructive criticism, so that I may improve. This is a simple push-up, which works your chest, arms and shoulders, mostly the chest though. This is a great exercise to start building strength.
