Dad - I can't even begin to say what this has been to me, Briana, Britt, Cory, JJ, Jr., David, Shelby, and about 30,000 others. There was me knocking myself out cold. There was you crushing that kid in the face at skate camp. There was Briana getting swung off the chair and busting her eye. There was Britt getting wrecked in the pro shop on the scooter. There was you getting pied by 50 people on your 49th birthday. There was Doug Brown. There was busting 3 dad's trying to steal a board with ceased bearings that had been cut with a circular saw. There was David being the one and only David Sizemore - there's just too much to say. There was Nyjah. There was Chris Cole. The was P-Rod. There were all the Lil Wayne nights. There was the day we hit Britt with the water balloon launcher and left the single most coolest bruise I have ever encountered. There was the time I caught the snake outside and sent JJ to the ground he was so scared. There was the night Chip racked himself on the barrier trying to become the first 4 year old to do a legit boardslide. There was that kid that fell off the stairs trying to go down them on crutches. There was the time we set off the dry ice bomb underneath JJ when he was vacuuming. There was the historic reproduction of your 1978 newspaper shot with me, Cory, JJ, Tyler, and Luke. There was Gary biting through his lip then coming back to skate. There were all those idiots came in asking where they had to pay for bowling. There was Red Bull. There was Steve Van Doran. There was Blake Mercer doing the backflip. There was Joey, Fletcher, and Kyle emerging as the first of about 600 kid rippers. There was me getting tossed trying to ride the unicycle down the big bank....but then there was you letting countless kids skate for free simply because they didn't have the money. There was you giving Connor, and Wes, and Cody, and Tyler, and Gary, and Dustin, and so many others a job with the sport they loved. There was you bringing Crys Worley and A Skate into the building to bring skateboarding to 100 autistic children. There was Alex Yurewich and you bringing a new life to Corinne and Elaine. There was you teaching every kid that skateboarding can change your life. Thanks Dad.
