Excel Martial Arts- Canton Martial arts, Grappling, and Fitness training for kids age 3+ and adults.

Our kids classes combine lessons in karate, grappling, useful self defense techniques and general fitness drills with opportunities for practice and games. The adult fitness program combines martial arts, boxing, strength training and aerobics for a total body workout.

Excel Martial Arts will be closed Saturday September 5th - Monday September 7th for Labor Day weekend. When we reopen on Tuesday September 8th, please remember that full uniforms (Gi top and Karate pants) are required. Don't forget to make sure all of your school patches, Star Challenge stars and stripes are on and ready for class!

As a bonus at Sunday's Fair, Slyde from the New England Revolution , stopped by the Excel Martial Arts- Canton booth to do some board breaking. He broke the green, blue and brown in one punch and broke the black board in a few! I bet Slyde knows some martial arts! ⚽️🥋🏆
