I so enjoyed class this rainy morning with such amazing people! A great way to start the day! Please check out this amazing place this Sat for Open house and enjoy a free 10am yoga class, 12pm reiki mini-sessions and 1pm Tai Chi. Room for 15 participants in each class.

Also please join me Monday and Fridays at 9 for vinyasa yoga!
