Good morning everyone!! We wanted to let everyone know where we stand on the new ruling in regards to the NFA registration requirements.

While we are excited that the new rulings are a step in the right direction; we have compliance requirements that we cannot simply ignore while the details of this ruling are still being worked out.

At this time, ATF has not issued formal guidance to dealers outlining how transfers without NFA registration and approval are to be handled.

Once ATF provides a formal process that allows us to move forward without NFA registration, where applicable, we intend to do exactly that.

Until then, we will continue following the current transfer process. It’s not the answer everyone wants, but as a FFL dealer, we have to make sure every transfer leaving our store is handled correctly, for your sake and ours.

We’ll keep everyone updated as soon as formal guidance is released!

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat from 9am - 4pm
