Grab a pad, find a partner, and knock out 25 kicks this weekend!
The goal isn’t just to hit hard — it’s to make every kick sharper than the one before it.

Focus on:
✅ Good chamber
✅ Strong balance
✅ Clean technique
✅ Accuracy
✅ Control

And remember, home practice doesn’t have to be long. Even a few focused minutes can help keep those skills fresh between classes.

Parents, this is a great one to do together — hold the pad, encourage them, and turn practice into family time!

🥋 Want to practice at home? Make sure you’re doing it safely!

A training shield is one of the easiest ways for parents to help their student work on kicks, combinations, and power between classes — but good positioning matters.

A few quick tips:
✅ Hold the shield firmly with both hands
✅ Keep it close to your body so your arms aren’t absorbing all the impact
✅ Make sure the student has plenty of space around them
✅ Start with controlled technique before adding speed or power
✅ Keep practice short, focused, and FUN

You don’t need a 45-minute workout at home.

Even 5 focused minutes can help reinforce what your student is learning in class and give you a chance to train together as a family.

During Heroes Assemble Buddy Week, students and their buddies will take on fast-paced challenges designed to test their speed, strength, and courage!

One of those missions? Our Hero Warm-Up Obstacle Course 🔥

⚡ Weave through the agility course

🛡️ Finish with a courage challenge and strong KIAI!
