Leg day hits different 😮‍💨🔥
The burn, the sweat, the shaky walk after… somehow we still keep coming back for more 😂🏋️‍♀️
There’s just something about pushing yourself, getting stronger, and seeing what your body is capable of. Whether it’s squats, hip thrusts, lunges, RDLs, or the leg press — everyone has that one workout they love (or love to hate 👀).
