After 3 years in business for myself, I have come to the tough decision to drastically downscale so that I can pursue a career with benefits. It was always my plan, even when I opened, that if at the 3 year mark, I was still without health insurance and unable to save for retirement, it would be the time to move on. These last 3 years have been amazing. Some clients stayed for only a short time, but other clients have been with me and stayed with me from the very beginning, and I am so thankful to each and every person for trusting me to guide them in their health and fitness journeys. I have watched you all accomplish things you didn't know you were capable of, and I've felt so proud of you for everything you've accomplished! It has been my pleasure to teach you and watch you implement those things. Starting this business, I didn't expect to make so many great friends along the way -- people I genuinely enjoy spending time with and people I obnoxiously throw my head back laughing with at 5:30 am for the entire gym to look over and give us crazy looks. It has been a fun and exciting ride, and I want to thank each and every one of my clients for their business, but more importantly, their trust and their friendship. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am so proud of you. 💖💖💖

A huge congratulations to my client, Angie, for finishing the Christmas in July 5k and placing 4th in her age group!! Angie came to me about 6 weeks ago after recovering from shin splints and a consequent stress fracture, wanting to build strength and correct her muscle imbalances to help her get healthy in running again. With close work with Angie's running coach, Sam, at Neti-Neti , we've come together to form running and strength training plans that complement each other to help get Angie back to running healthy again with a pain-free race today! Corrective exercise is one of my favorite types of programming, and I'm happy to see this progress for Angie! Way to go, girl! I'm proud of you!

In May, Joanne started training with me at FIT Co Gym to help increase her strength and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She's improved by leaps and bounds over the last 10 weeks, and today, she ran her first 6k race with her daughter! Way to go, Joanne! I'm super proud of you!
