Great news, fitness fam! 🎉 Starting Tuesday, 7/29, we’re launching a DEKA-specific class led by the 2024 World Champ in DEKA Strong for the 35-39 age group. It will be held from 8:30-9:15 AM, running through 8/19! 🏋️‍♂️ Just in time to crush it at our next DEKA event on 8/23!

Whether you're a DEKA newbie or looking to beat your last time, this is your chance to level up your game!

Join us for tips on efficiency and get ready to sweat it out together! 💪 Don’t miss out—limited spots available and first come first serve.
