Memorial Day is coming! It's time to get ready for the MURPH.

Let's start practicing

5 minute amrap

Beginner
(use bands or TRX straps)
3 pull ups (modify)
6 push ups (knees or toes)
12 air squats

Advanced
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

Repeat for 5 minutes then finish with a 5 minute jog/run.

I am looking forward to seeing you all complete this event. Don't worry, you can have teams of either 2 people or 4 people or solo.
