Day 15 Workout:

Get as far as you can in this rep scheme for 15 minutes…

1 knees to elbows
1 push-up
1 kettlebell swing
222…333…444…etc

Scale knees to elbows by getting your knees as high as you can get them.

Ian’s thought of the day: We don’t do a lot of ab exercises. Mostly because your abs are always at work in these functional fitness exercises. Getting VISIBLE abs is almost entirely due to nutrition, and (unfortunately) dehydration as seen in bodybuilding competitions.

Day 14 Workout:

Get as far as you can in the following rep scheme in 14 minutes…

1 pull-up
1 thruster
10 double unders
2 pull-ups
2 thrusters
20 double unders
3-3-30…4-4-40…etc.

Scale the pull-up to a movement you can get through a full range of motion with (chair assisted, band assisted, or ring row).

Scale the thruster by reducing weight or squatting to a barrier.

Scale the double unders to single unders, imaginary jump rope, or jumping jacks.

Ian’s thought of the day: Find yourself some accountability by inviting someone to join you in your exercise efforts. 🚀

2:00 Plank/Sit-ups
Run 3 Minutes

Day 12 Workout…

4:00 Pull-Ups and Push Ups
4:00 Air Squats and Sit-ups
4:00 Burpees and Kettlebell swings

Rest as needed but try to stay moving!

Ian’s thought of the day: Imagine working really hard to frame the walls of your dream home and then every night before you leave you burn everything down to the foundation. That’s essentially what we are doing when we ignore nutrition. You’ve done the hard work, now hang on to it by eating appropriate portions of whole foods.

1:00 goblet squats
1:00 lunges
1:00 10 meter shuttle runs

Ian’s thought of the day: Remember, you can always opt for a walk or some other form of exercise if you’re ever feeling wrecked. The goal is simply to not skip a day. 😀👍

1 Ring Row
1 Push Press
1 Step Up
2 Ring Rows
2 Push Press
2 Step Ups
3 Ring Rows
3 Push Press
3 Step Ups
Etc.

Ian’s thought of the day: At the end of your life you won’t care whether you had 6-pack abs, but you will care about the things you got to do with the people you care about. It’s time to park all the body image stuff and just get super healthy!

Run for 6 minutes.
Do 10 air squats EMOM
(Every minute on the minute)

Ian’s thought of the day: People in other cultures rest, p**p, and visit with each other in a deep squat. If you can get your hip crease below the top of your knee, spend some time “resting” in this position.
