Alpha Performance MMA is proud to announce the launch of our Alpha Performance Wrestling Program! Join us tomorrow night for our first Wrestling for MMA class at 6! We are also launching a youth wrestling camp for the summer! Our wrestling program is headed up by our two coaches Travis White and Ryan Epps! Travis is a 2016 graduate from Northfield and was a 2x Big 9 All Conference selection and a top 8 State finisher in AAA. He will be wrestling at UW-Eau Claire next year! Ryan is a native of Cannon Falls and was a 2016 graduate of Cannon Falls where he was a State Champion. He is currently a member of the Augsburg Wrestling team and this year won a National Championship!!! Both coaches are available for private one on one sessions!!! The new MMA facility is now open at Dynamic Evolution in Cannon Falls! We offer a 24ft cage, along with 800 square feet of grappling mats, heavy bags, and Thai pads. We offer private, and group training classes in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, and MMA. You can train like the Pros without ever taking a punch!

New class schedule starting next week! Tuesday and Thursday BJJ will be at 7 pm. Thursday night's at 6 will be Muay Thai. I will be starting an invite only MMA class on Tuesday night's at 6 in September. Cost is $12 per class or $20 for the night for drop ins. Monthly membership for BJJ is $65 or $75 for both. Those interested in just Muay Thai on Thursdays is $35. I will also be booking private training for anyone interested at the rates of $30 for half hour or $50 for a full hour.
