Well, it is really happening! We will be out of our house on 3/25. Have a few guns to clear, and not doing any more transfers.... I will be sending out our new company info and address's in the near future..... but.... Look for "Kootenai Island Trading" as soon as we get the new website up...... This week will be high stress, and next week will be whiskey, cigar and relaxing on the river in Montana!! North of Libby.

As many know, we have purchased some property in Montana, and are planning on moving there this year. This morning, we made the decision to start winding down Cannon Beach Surf & Guns….. Our plan right now is to liquidate as much as we can from now until the end of February, after that, we may contract with an auction house to handle what is left that we don’t want to take to Montana. We hope to list the house for sale the first part of March, and if anyone is interested, the business as well…… Cannon Beach, and our customers over the past 23 years have been a blessing, we will miss most of you….. LOL….. This will be the 3rd time we have “retired” from the business, and honestly, I am looking forward to some down time, sitting on the river bank with a Manhattan, Cigar, Fishing Pole and Maria….. I have been asked, what finally made you come up with this decision?….. Well, looking at an old guy in the mirror, who has been working since he was 12….. time for some slacker time!! As I said, we want to sell off as much inventory as we can….. make an offer… hell yes…. I may say yes, or counter….. not sure……

This has been a tough decision, but am feeling pretty good right now!
