Join us Saturday, May 27th to tackle the “Murph” hero WOD. This workout was created in honor of Lt. Michael P Murphy - a Navy SEAL officer who led a four-man unit in Afghanistan. He made the ultimate sacrifice on on June 28, 2005 when he was killed in action.
Every Memorial Day, the CrossFit community (as well as many others), come together to tackle this grueling challenge to not only honor Lt. Murphy, but all those who have so bravely risked and lost their lives to keep our freedom free. The pain we face is NOTHING compared to what they did for us and our country.
Come join us in honoring the fallen.
Who: ANYONE! (You do not have to be a gym member to join us for Murph)

1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
**don’t be scared off by the numbers - as with any CrossFit WOD, there are scaling options to the workout! Ex. Half Murph, Murphette, Quarter Murph, or whatever you need it to be
We will be holding another social event immediately following the conclusion of Murph… last year we did brunch food. Weigh-in on what you’d like to see! This will be potluck style. Signups will be sent out/posted soon.
