300 players participated last year, and we expect to be close to capacity again this season!
Players will register as individuals, in their current age group, and each week they will be placed on a different team. SECFL is open to all players (U7 through High School) regardless of club, league or school affiliation. Individual players will get points based on how well their team does in comparison to other teams in their division on that match day. At the end of the season individual players who finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in their division will be awarded medals. This format allows players to compete as individuals within the concept of team play and promotes competition between teams and players each match day!
League Details:
ONE SESSION, 10 Games total: Games expected to be played on the following Saturdays (8am-5pm):
Nov 14, 21, 28, Dec 5, 12, 19, Jan 2, 9, 16, 23
Games: Games are two 20-minute halves in length, teams will have 5-8 players each game.
Divisions: Age groups may be mixed based on the number of players per age group/gender.
Cost: $135 (early registration cost) or $150 (after Oct 17th)
DEADLINE: November 7th or until league is at capacity
