After the response to our first Worship & Weights night, I knew we needed to do this again.

Join us for an evening where strength training and worship come together—moving our bodies, filling the studio with worship, and intentionally turning our attention toward Him.

As demand for our small-group Strength classes continues to grow, we’re trialing three new opportunities to train!

✨ Tuesday 5:45 AM — Salt Strength
✨ Tuesday 4:15 PM — Salt Strength
✨ Thursday 5:45 AM — Salt Strength

Our early morning classes are perfect for getting your strength training done before the day begins, while Tuesday 4:15 gives us another afternoon option as our evening classes continue to fill.

These are trial class times, so if you’ve been asking for early mornings or more Strength availability, now is the time to show us you want them! 💪🤍

Ladies!💚💐🌺🚌

Something pretty cool is pulling up to Georgie Emerson. 🌿

On Saturday, September 12, we’re welcoming The Lancaster Greenhouse Mobile Potting Bus to our little corner of Canal Wi******er. Lancaster Greenhouse & Nursery

And yes. It’s exactly as fun as it sounds!

A vintage school bus turned traveling greenhouse. Filled with plants, succulents, tropicals, planters, terrariums + all sorts of botanical goodness.

You can step inside and shop the bus, find a new plant to take home, or choose a plant and vessel and pot your own creation right there.

And because September deserves pumpkins… there will be plenty of those, too. 🎃

We love collaborating with other unique small businesses in the area and this felt like a perfect pairing!
