Great morning at Crossfit Iron Cardinal! Coach Keith Hill and Coach Ashton Sellers each posted PR's for a triple Push Press. Followed by a "Heavy Nancy" WOD for time; 5 Rounds of 400m Run and 7 Overhead Squats at 60% of 1 Rep Max. Excellent scores by all. Special shout out to Lhs Weight Room for allowing us to workout every morning at 5am.

Tuesday's are made for triplets at Crossfit Iron Cardinal...Coach Ashton Sellers and Coach Keith Hill crushed their scores from November 30, 2017 completing a 20 min ascending ladder of 5. 10, 15. 20, 25 etc. Reps of Kettlebell Swings, Box Jumps and Wall Balls. Tremendous job!
