✨New space for Group Mat Pilates classes✨

Join us Friday mornings, 9am at Buck ‘N Brew Coffee & Ice Cream in Campobello for Group Mat Pilates class. Class is $15. You can reserve your spot by Thursday evening via Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle. Don't forget to bring your mat! Class is for all levels and ages.

Puppies & Pilates was a success 🙌

With the help of everyone that joined plus a few extra donations, we were able to raise $440 for 🫶 Even though all the puppies found their forever home prior to the fundraising event, it was still a big hit with the older pups. We giggled, received face licks, and most importantly cuddled with these sweet babies during class. Remember, even if you can't adopt, you can always foster and/or volunteer at the shelter. They need as many hands on deck as possible! Thank you to everyone that helped make this happen!
