Thank you Grandmaster Sin The' for visiting our school and overseeing the testing of our students. It is always an honor to host you.
We do not take training in the Art that you have shared with us lightly. We hope that we can be part of passing it on to the next generation.

JUST DOING A LITTLE REFLECTING TODAY

This year is already half over, and it has been and interesting year, to say the least. With all that has gone on I just can't help to look at how my time spinning on this rock has gone.

The month of August 2026 marks my 33 years of teaching the Art of Shao-lin Do. I am beyond thankful for those years, they have taught me much.

I first taught in Columbia KY, and then quickly moved my teaching to Greensburg KY. Both have great memories for me. In 2000 I began teaching in Campbellsville KY. I maintain a consistent class in Campbellsville over those years, and have been in the current location for 13 years.

I am thankful and consider myself blessed for every student, teacher, master, family members, members of the community, and members of the greater Shao-lin Do Family that have been a part of this journey.

On September 9, 2026 I will have been training in this Art for 41 years. I consider it a great honor and responsibility to have 41 years in the Art and 33 years in teaching the Art.

With all that said and reflected upon,
WE AREN'T DONE YET!! This is only the beginning of our journey.

So if you are one of those many people that I am so thankful for, share your experience of training with others and bring them to a class.
If you are one of those who, in the back of your mind you wish you had never "taken break", reach out and get back in. The journey isn't over and the rewards of training martial arts are to great to deny yourself, friends, or loved ones. Let's keep moving forward.
