In May of 1969, H & W Sport Shop was founded primarily as a retail store. Throughout the past years, H & W has tranformed into a diversified sporting goods store. Now, H & W is primarily focused on Team Sales to schools, colleges, and organizations, while still focusing on retail. Shaun Hord is the owner of H & W, taking over from his dad, Ronnie Hord, and has built his business on service. He wor

ks with a talented and knowledgeable staff that combine for several years experience. Rick Wilson, Sales Manager, and Aaron Hutchinson, Phil Lawhorn & Chase Turner are responsible for Team Sales and Tammy Clements, Corporate Sales, are extremely accommodating in completing your team and corporate orders. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (Eastern time) and in stock will be shipped on the same day. We are deeply saddened by the passing of one of our incredible sales leaders, Rick Wilson.
Rick dedicated over 40 years to H+W Dukes Sports and was the greatest salesman this industry has ever seen. His impact on our team and the many teams across the Commonwealth of Kentucky and beyond, both professionally and personally, will be remembered.

Friday we honor the life and legacy of Rick Wilson by closing all locations.
