Ours happens to also drool and demand belly rubs.

We normally aren’t that gym posting post-WOD group pictures after every workout……but today deserved one.

Because today wasn’t about PRs, perfect times, or who finished first. Today was about showing up and honoring the people who fought for the freedom we get to wake up and live every single day. 🇺🇸

And what a crew to do it with.

Some people completed Murph for the very first time.
Some people ran their first full mile… let alone TWO.
Some people crushed it 36 weeks pregnant.
Some people did it in blue jeans 😂
Some people scaled.
Some people RX’d.
Every single person finished with heart.

That’s what made today special.

Huge shoutout to Harden Coffee for absolutely blessing everyone with the most unreal iced lattes all morning long — pretty sure half the gym went home fully if not over caffeinated ☕️😂. 10/10 recommend.

And special shoutout to from Running Soles… not only did he casually run a 5:18 mile 😳 but he was also standing there waiting at the finish line handing everyone an ice cold LMNT like a true MVP.

We are officially 4 days away from our favorite group WOD of the year!

We are excited to host MURPH 2023 in our new home with all of you so we hope to see you there!

So heres the deets 👇🏼

➡️ we will open at 8:00 AM to allow everyone time to arrive & socially warm up

➡️just like last year we will run two heats:
➡️➡️ 1st heat starts at 8:30 & we will stagger 2nd heat after 1st heat comes back from 1st mile run

➡️we will have hydration station again this year

➡️for post WOD snacks, we decided to go with something simple that everyone can enjoy & have a fruit Buffett! So if you want to contribute… bring your favorite fruit 🍉 🍇🍑🍓🍎🍐🍌🥝🍍🫐

➡️we expect to have a even bigger crowd this year, so parking will extend down the side of the building. There will be cones put out to leave the front spots open for easy access running in and out of the gym.

Also, if you don’t have a home gym or a crew to do MURPH with, come jump in with us on Monday!
