just found out from ny state police. starting in sept. to buy any kind of semi auto rifle you will need a nys pistol permit. get your rifle now at john's . you can also have me order what you want if its not in stock. also just sold one of the hi points. my cost to you $425.00 this is $200.00 less than the comp. that is close by . my prices are always lower. stop in and find out.
