About my programs

I’m a fitness coach specializing in strength and conditioning for people who want to train like athletes (whether they consider themselves to be or not). Programs are based in strength and metabolic training and tailored to your needs.

I also coach distance running and specialize in helping runners get faster, stronger, and run longer. Track workouts focus on form, pacing, speed, mechanics, proper warm ups, etc.

I also offer tailor made strength and conditioning programs for runners of all abilities and distances looking to get stronger, increase power, and improve muscular endurance on the track, trail or road.
