Hello my name is Angel Martinez, I’m an enrolled member of the Yavapai-Apache Nation. I am the proud Indigenous owner of Nowhi’ Ida’ii Our Life Composting LLC where we turn your kitchen scraps into enriched nutritional soil. As an Indigenous woman I have been taught, taking care of mother earth the foundation we grow from will provide with food to nourish our bodies. Nowhi’ Ida’ii, is here to provide services to the Yavapai-Apache Nation Tribal members residing on or off the reservation in the Verde Valley with a 20% discount. Supporting our surrounding Camp Verde, Rimrock and Cottonwood communities we have dedicated ourselves to making sure everyone is supported and encouraged to invest themselves into change.
With a one-time $25 sign up fee, you will receive a 5 gal bucket that you will fill up with compostable food and home items. Giving customers the choice of a weekly or bi-weekly collection, Our Life Composting will be there to collect your bucket and exchange it with a new one. Your food scraps are an essential factor to supporting mother earth and giving back to the communities and schools with compost soil. If you'd like to start up your own compost site, host a workshop I am also a consultant and can help get you started!
