We have shared this issue on other platforms thought we would throw it out on our page too. Does any followers have any idea how to fix the problems below?

Hello, we are having issues with two of our segway x260's.
Problem 1: The bike has electronically locked itself and will not function. Nothing seems to be wrong with the bike, but it is completely immobile. Tech support only suggested unplugging the throttle and plugging back in, to no avail.
Problem 2: The front suspension is stuck all the way down on another bike, maybe the fork is bent? Certainly not an enjoyable ride with no suspension.
We took it to a motorcycle shop they said to take it to a bike shop for repair. We went to the bike shop and they said it was considered a dirt bike and take it to a motorcycle shop. We are located in Camp Verde Arizona. Has anyone found a reliable servicer for these bikes?
