THICK & FIT BOOTCAMP Thick & Fit, "Tighten Up Thickness with Fitness" Boot Camp, Personal Training and Sports Nutrition with Darlene Mitchell.

We offer Bootcamps for men and women three days/week and Zumba five days/week. Both programs are designed to build your strength, power and endurance. Weight loss is also a result of these programs if partnered with good nutrition. Personal Training and Nutrition consultations are available upon request.
