Yoga has the power to strengthen more than our bodies, it strengthens our community.

Join us for our June Community Yoga Class, an all-levels practice led by Michele Einig, benefiting Launch Pad, an organization dedicated to helping young adults transitioning out of care or facing homelessness build a path toward successful adulthood.

Through safe housing, education, vocational training, and employment support, Launch Pad provides evidence-based solutions that create a softer landing and brighter future for the young people they serve.

Every breath, every pose, and every participant helps make a difference.

Since founding Just Plain Yoga in 2003, Tina has created so much more than a yoga studio, she has built a community rooted in kindness, learning, laughter, and genuine connection. Her vision has always been simple: make yoga accessible, welcoming, and supportive for real people living real lives.

With her wisdom, humor, compassion, and steady leadership, Tina has helped thousands of people find strength, resilience, and a sense of belonging both on and off the mat.

Thank you for the heart you bring to this community, for the space you've created, and for the countless lives you've touched along the way.
