Yoga time ⏰ at New Cumberland Library!

On Friday, July 10th, Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga will be at the Library to lead a gentle & fun kids yoga class! Ages 2-5 will meet at 10:30 AM and ages 6-10 will meet at 11:00 AM. This Friday!

Peaceful Poses Adult Yoga meets Friday, June 26 from 10:45-11:30 AM in the Community Room.

Join Ann Fields, founder of Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga, for a relaxing slow flow yoga class focused on movement, breathing techniques, and ways to manage stress and anxiety.

This 45 minute class is open to all levels and no experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
