Want to be part of something beautiful?

On June 13, Downtown Camp Hill will be filled with artists, creativity, community, and plenty of opportunities to help make the Camp Hill Plein Air Event a success, and we're looking for volunteers to join the crew!

Whether you can lend a hand for a couple hours or stay for a full shift, we'd love to have you on the DCHA Volunteer Crew.

As a volunteer, you'll have:

✔️ The chance to support local artists and our community

✔️ Front-row access to a fun day in Downtown Camp Hill

✔️ All the good vibes that come with doing good locally

→ 4 workouts/week → 2 strength sessions + 2 Pilates sessions

They’ve been putting in the reps, building momentum, and setting the tone for what this is all about, and they’re not slowing down anytime soon 🔥

70+ and THRIVING 🎉💪

Lately at Thrive, we’ve been celebrating a whole lot of birthdays… and not just any birthdays: 70+ and stronger than ever.

And let us tell you… these women are not slowing down.

They’re lifting weights.
They’re building strength.
They’re improving balance, confidence, and energy.
They’re showing up for themselves week after week.

We’ve watched them go from “I’m not sure if I can do this…” to “Look what I just did!!”

That’s what this is all about.

At Thrive, we believe strength training isn’t just for a certain age, body, or starting point. It’s for LIFE. It’s for independence. It’s for continuing to do the things you love for as long as possible.
