Hey everyone you are going to see some slight changes to the class schedule:

1) Monday Gi class: 5:30-6:30 (Luis) MMA class gets moved to 6:30-7:30 (Eric) **those who want to continue rolling in the gi and are are not taking striking class can continue rolls on the end of the mat until 7:00 when we will start mma sparring**

2) Wednesday MMA class 5:30-6:30 (Darrell) Nogi 6:30-7:30 + 30 min Nogi rolling 8:00 stop time

3) Thursday gi class drops and it becomes a 5:30-7:00 Nogi class. Instructor alternates between Eric, MJ, Luis

Great class today! Still working on bad position and chaining things together to get from bottom mount to an offensive position! Next is attacking from top mount! See yall soon!

Congrats Anthony on the strip!!!

Next focus area will be Mount attacks. From progressions to the Mount position. How to secure the Mount and defenses, sweeps to expect; how to handle them and then an attack or chain of attacks that results in a submission or chain of submissions. Have a great week!

Full house at forum! Next few weeks is being in bad position, it’s always good to put yourself in them from time to time, to get familiar with knowing how to defend counter and be safe. Thanks for the tough rolls, everyone is killing it!
