It’s not always easy…

…but it’s always worth it. 🔥

Recovery isn’t optional when you’re pushing your body daily 👊🏼

With high mileage, strength training, and everything in between… if I don’t take care of my body, it shows fast.

Foam rolling is something I come back to multiple times a week to:
🌬️stay loose
🌬️reduce soreness
🌬️ keep my body moving well so I can keep showing up.

The goal isn’t just to train hard… it’s to train consistently… injury free!

For beginners or what I personally focus on:
🗞️ Quads (big for runners/lifters)
🗞️ Hamstrings
🗞️ Calves
🗞️ Glutes

Take 5–10 minutes. Your body will thank you. 🙏🏼

Are you prioritizing recovery or skipping it? ⬇️

Well this about sums it up…

You don’t want me to count for you… unless you want more gains that is 😏

One… two… skip a few… and FLEX 💪🏼

2025 didn’t put me in a box… it gave me a foundation. 💪🏼

This year, training didn’t just change how I performed… it changed what I was capable of experiencing.

💥Moments that pushed my limits, humbled me, and showed me how far consistent, intentional work can carry you.

Some of those moments happened far beyond the gym… on trails, in the mountains of Italy, and alongside Kevin as he prepared for something massive. 🏔️

💡 What became clear is that NONE of it happens by accident. The ability to move, endure, and explore is built on .

➡️ The work we do inside the gym MATTERS! 🏋🏼‍♀️

It prepares your body for harder things, steadies your mind under pressure, and builds confidence that carries into every challenge.

This wasn’t just about competing. It reshaped how I train, how I recover, how I coach… and how I lead at AHT.

⭐️ I’ll always believe in leading by example.

Not chasing perfection, but showing what’s possible when you commit to the process and trust the work.
Because training, done right, doesn’t just change your body… it opens doors to places and experiences you once thought were out of reach. 🏔️💪🏼

My current training regimen… off-season 💪🏼

While my ultra training is off, my main focus is STRENGTH training. I had a slew of knee issues last training block while preparing for At Worlds End 100k. Soooo, we gotta fix that lol. 🏃🏼‍♀️

My goal is to do strength, mobility and rehab until January & then focus more on increasing mileage. Working mainly on my Zone 1/Zone 2 cardio since my heart rate simply likes to stay in Zone 4 typically 🤣

➡️ I will be throwing some short runs & cycling sessions once I get more in a rhythm with juggling work & other things.

So for now, you will find me religiously at either or hitting Monday (squats), Wednesday (push press) and Friday (deadlifts). In 7 years of owning AHT & hosting strength cycles… I’ve never successfully finished a cycle 🫣.

‼️ Posting this for my OWN accountability & I expect all of our members to keep me accountable (I fear writing this bc I know they will definitely @ me if I don’t 😂).

So here is to a STRONG strength & rehab season, it’s time to WORK! Ask me questions about it all below ⬇️🏋🏼‍♀️
