Back the Blue Racing Team 617, I have been in Law Enforcement for over 25 years and we Back the Blue. We are a few guys that like to race on dirt.

As a kid this was the car that sparked my dream to Race something one day. My mom dated the driver and we went to many off road races in the desert. Over 100 mile laps out in the middle of the desert helping with pit stops. They named the car Petrohaulic.

We are in the process of getting a nonprofit going in Camdenton for 14-18 year old teens to get involved in a unique program. It’s called Driven To Win where we will help teens win at life and on the track through developing life skills and friendships.

Every 2 hours and 11 minutes in our country a person under the age of 25 commits su***de. Many as a result of bullying, lack of friends, and other challenges teens face. We want to use the unique avenue of racing to impact these young people.

It will teach practical hands on mechanical skills, skills in driving, and friendships in a positive environment. Through building race cars, maintaining them, and racing them; the young people will be involved through the whole process.

We are in the very beginning stages, so be sure to follow our page. The most pressing thing we need is a shop to begin in. We are wanting a place in Camdenton that is large enough to hold 5-10 cars inside with a bathroom. If you know of a place, please message me or the page.

If you have a teen that may be interested, we will be having them do the graphic designs for the cars, videographers for a YouTube channel, and those interested in driving. Follow along this journey as we help teens win in life!!
