I AM HER Sports I AM HER SPORTS is a girls-only league in South Jersey focused on confidence, leadership, and opportunity through sports.

Starting with flag football, we provide a safe space for girls ages 8–14 to grow, compete, and be empowered on and off the field.

📊 40% of teen girls are NOT actively participating in sports

📊 Girls enter sports later, participate at lower rates, and exit earlier than boys

📊 High school sports opportunities for boys outnumber girls by over $1.13 MILLION

This isn't just a stats problem. It's a confidence problem. A mentorship problem. A future problem.

At I AM HER Sports League, we're closing that gap one flag football season at a time right here in Camden. Because every girl deserves the chance to be seen, coached, and believed in.
