Strongman Room coming along nicely. A new Slaters Log was added as well as 20 more stall mats for a nice wide 10 ft lane for events. We will have a new Yoke, Husafell Stone and Stone Loading Platform in there in the near future as well, courtesy of Big Country Strongman and
Just have to put a few things away from the meet and hang some banners and this will look and function amazingly. We are THE place to be in the area for Strongman!!

Tomorrow is the day. We have kids coming from Preble Shawnee, Hamilton, Talawanda, Xenia, and Lincolnview which is up North. Gym will be closed for just a few hours tomorrow. Rules meeting is at 9:15 and lifting starts at 10 am sharp. Squat, Touch and Go Bench Press, and Trap Bar Deadlift. This is a free event for the students. No spectator fee either.

This is pretty much Heaven right here. 4 Monolifts, 4 Deadlift Platforms, 4 Power Racks, 3 Competition Benches, 2 Combo Racks, D-Bells up to 150 lbs, Incline and Decline Benches, Seal Row, Military Press Bench, Competition Plates, Utility Benches x 10, and a s**t ton of Specialty Bars. Doesn't get any better than this!!!!
