Southern Delaware Roller Derby A registered non-profit flat-track Roller Derby league out of Kent County, Delaware, USA Dupont Hwy Dover, DE. Practices are Monday and Wednesday 7-10pm.

Southern Delaware Roller Derby is a non-profit league that holds practices at the Dover Skating Center located at 2201 S. Want to join the Southern Delaware Roller Derby? Fresh Meat requirements are:

1) You must be at least 18 to join

2) Watch one practice before participating

3) You must have all gear to participate in a practice (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, mouth guard). You

can rent skates at the Dover Skating Center until you get your own.

4) Must be able to attend at least 50% of the practices each month

5) Fees are $40 a month or $10 a practice, plus skate rental if you are renting skates. Questions? Feel free to message us or email us at [email protected]
