Garbage cans were scrubbed, floors mopped, fitted sheets folded, and refrigerators cleaned as Q and Redline teamed up for a deep clean of the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter. Federal health inspectors won’t even know what hit them.

Hannah Baranes, there aren't enough words to express our gratitude to you...so hopefully this video will do the trick. Thank you for all of the time, energy, and love that you have dedicated to each of us over the last couple years. We are beyond grateful for your kindness and expertise, and we already miss you so much, both on and off the field. BRISTOL, Va. — Sullins Academy students chanted “E. Chang, E. Chang,” Tuesday after school alumna Eliza Chang and her Harvard University teammates completed an Ultimate Frisbee exhibition.

Quasar and Blazar had an absolute BLAST teaching a PE class and playing an exhibition game at EChang's middle school in Bristol, VA.

Thank you, Sullins Academy for inviting us to your school this past week. Your students are incredible! We loved getting to work with the 7th and 8th grade students during PE class and being cheered on by the entire school during the exhibition game!! Can't wait to see some of these youngsters hit the field.

Looking for a fun, competitive team? Want to meet some new people? Come check out Harvard Women's Ultimate! We practice 2-3 times a week and compete intercollegiately in the fall and spring. During the fall, we have open practices -- this means that you can come whenever you want and check out our community, learn the basics of the sport (no experience required), and get a workout in, no strings attached.
