First off… I want to thank EVERYONE who has been supporting me through the Ms. Health and Fitness Competition. I entered the competition on a lark, and it has resulted in so much love, support and inspiration! I am truly honored to have such wonderful friends, family, clients and gym members and of course, my GD community.
The competition is a bit longer than I assumed, roughly another four weeks to go. I have made it much farther than anticipated and at this point, I’m in it to win it!
Below is a schedule of remaining portion of the competition fyi or if you feel inclined to make strategic hero 🦸 votes 🗳️. ALL votes make a difference and you can vote for free EVERY day by verifying with FB.
Finals (begin June 6th and end June 13th) – Public voting will help reduce total Competitors to one (1) preliminary winner in each Group Finals group who will then advance to the Quarterfinals.
Wildcard Round (June 14th and ends June 16th) – Competitors who took second (2nd) place in their respective Group Finals group will compete in a shortened round for a chance to advance to the Quarterfinals. Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top one (1) Competitor from each group who will then advance to the Quarterfinals.
Quarterfinals (begin June 17th and end June 27th) – The top Competitors from each Group Finals/Wildcard Round group will be divided into Quarterfinals groups. Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top one (1) Quarterfinalist from each group who will then advance to the Semifinals.
Semifinals (begin June 28th and end July 4th) – The top Competitors from each Quarterfinals group will be divided into Semifinals groups. Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top one (1) Semifinalist from each group who will then advance to the Finals.
Finals (begin July 5th and end July 11th) – Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine which Finalist will be the winner of the 2024 Ms. Health & Fitness Competition (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on or around July 19th, 2024.
