It is a fitness approach where a certified coach leads a group of 2 to 10 participants through a structured 30-minute HIIT workout.

🏋️‍♀️ It bridges the gap between expensive one-on-one personal training and large, generic fitness classes by offering customized coaching alongside community motivation and accountability.

Resistance training is one of the most important forms of exercise for women over 50 because it helps preserve and build bone density, maintain muscle mass, improve balance and mobility, and support a healthy metabolism. Regular strength training can reduce the risk of osteoporosis, falls, and age-related muscle loss while helping women stay strong, independent, and active for years to come.

Strong Bones: Introduction to Weight Training (45 Minutes) 11 am M-TH
This beginner-friendly class is designed specifically for women who want to learn the fundamentals of safe and effective strength training for bone health. Participants will be introduced to proper lifting technique using dumbbells and other resistance equipment while focusing on exercises that strengthen the hips, spine, legs, and upper body. The class includes a gentle warm-up, guided instruction on foundational movements, balance and posture training, and a full-body workout designed to build confidence, increase strength, and support healthy bones. No previous weight-training experience is necessary. $20 drop in/$100 Unlimited access to all classes on the schedule (including yoga, Pilates, Nia and Strength and Resistance Training for one month
