Y’all - September starts next Sunday. That’s HUGE in my world. The first of the month starts on a Sunday!!! 🤯It’s the perfect time to start a 30-Day Challenge.🙌🏼 This week, start thinking of new healthy goal that you can implement into your daily life. 💪🏼
Here are a few ideas:
Strive for Five - eat at least five produce servings per day.
Walk more - try to get at least 10,000 steps per day.
Sleep more - go to bed earlier. Sleep longer on the weekends.
Protein intake - eat at least 30 grams of protein with each meal. 100 grams per day.
More water intake - Use this calculator to see how much you should be drinking per day.
