Tomorrow | Mom & Kids Special Class

Celebrate Mother’s Day on the mats with a fun, low-pressure 30-minute class designed for moms and kids to train side-by-side. It’s a great way to share a positive experience, learn a few simple techniques together, and make memories as a family.

Spots fill fast for special classes, so plan to join us and bring your best energy.

10 years of Vilanova Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu… and I’m honestly just grateful.
To my wife and my daughter, thank you for believing in me and supporting this dream.

To my instructors, thank you for helping make this place what it is. And to every student over the years… you didn’t just train here. You became friends. You became family.
The hardest part was COVID. Not being able to open, work, or provide for my family was the toughest season of my life. But I’ll never forget how our community stepped up, every student and friend who donated, showed up, and kept the lights on when we needed it most.
I’ve put my heart into this academy. My soul is in this place. Jiu-jitsu made me who I am, and I feel blessed to be able to give that love back—every single day.
Thank you for supporting me, my dream, and my family.
