Youth Sports and Recreation "Youth Sports and Recreation," builds strong confident youth to help kids fulfill their goals, build character, and live by healthy principles and values.

The all new Youth Sports and Recreation is the number one place for kids to get fit and have fun. We focus on engaging the brain and body in our fitness programs. Utilizing functional fitness we use a variety of state-of-the-art activities and techniques. By training kids muscles to work the way they do in everyday tasks, we prepare their bodies to perform well in a variety of common situations as

well as building strength and stamina. Combining fitness with our nutrition classes and after school tutoring programs we make sure kids receive not only fitness, but a very broad wellness program. Our Stateline location is the working model and flagship for brining youth wellness centers into communities across the country.
