Our Duck & Chicken egg production is slowing down for the coming season. We still have eggs but not in abundance like spring time. However, our Quail are going strong! To celebrate these little birds, we’re are having a special.

2 DOZEN QUAIL EGGS $5

Question: Why bother with Quail eggs? They are tiny!
Answer: Because good things come in small packages & they are scrumptious!

Our favorite way to eat them is hard boiled (Instapot 3 min pressure & 3 min after, then release steam & place in an ice bath), peel and drop into bone broth with cocconut aminos, fresh garlic, ginger & cilantro. Super simple, so delicious and nutritious!
