A HUGE win for motorized recreation in the Keweenaw! A permanent easement was secured for several miles of Trail 3 in the Keweenaw! This is partially funded by your snowmobile registrations in Michigan! Thank you AFM (American Forest Management), Michigan DNR and the new land owner!

Most of our trail is on PRIVATE land, which means we’re guests there. When riding, please remember to be a good steward of our trails!

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! 📣 For the first time since the 2018 Fathers Day flood, our team was able to open and groom the Freda Loop! There are still some wet spots and many sticks (early season conditions on this trail) but it’s OPEN y’all! Shoutout to the guys from the South Range Snowmobile Club who assisted yesterday in cutting the down trees and getting it prepped for the team to pack in today! Please note the “spur” to Freda is NOT repaired and NOT open or accessible!
