Post Race Tech Update

At the conclusion of racing events Saturday August 2nd we were deemed illegal in post race tech. Tech consisted of a bumper to wall burnout to indicate which wheels spun under a load in order to determine if the transmissions had any limited slip components.

During our burnout both wheels spun under load and we were deemed illegal. Not accepting of the call we decided to pull our transmission to send it off with the tech official so he could go through the transmission to prove there were not any limited slip components in the transmission.

After further review the transmission was found to have ZERO components that would result in limited slip. The decision to uphold our disqualification was for unsportsmanlike like conduct to the track officials which we respectfully apologize for as it was not our intention to disrespect anyone but we take pride in our cars and the fact we build fast and legal race cars.

We are going to evaluate our options to see what the route going forward for the rest of our racing season.

🏁 Weekend Sweep & Bounty Collected! 🏆💰

What a weekend at Franklin! Huge thanks to Yoder’s Custom Meat Processing , No Rest Farm, Maggard Insurance for putting a $400 bounty on me — but also giving me the chance to win it if I could start last in both races and still come out on top.

Race 1:
Started 12th and worked through the field quickly. By lap 11, we were battling Jaden Austin for the lead. A lapped car held him up just enough for me to make a move around the outside, grab the lead, and never look back.🏁

Race 2:
Again started last. On lap 2, I went for a three-wide move that’s worked many times before, but this time it didn’t — I got into Kevin Lytton and caused a wreck. 100% my fault for trying to push to the front too early without enough patience. Knocked the toe out, but we stayed focused.

After the restart, we made our way back through the pack. Keleb Hall blew up, and the caution reset the field with us starting 4th. Made a couple of quick, clean passes and took the lead by lap 8 — then held on for the win.🏁

Two wins, a clean sweep, and the bounty money 💰 collected.

What a weekend!
Friday night at Franklin County Raceway, we had to start 8th after the pill draw. The field was tough—everyone brought their A-game—but we stayed patient, made our moves, and took the lead on lap 16 of 30. From there, we never looked back and brought home the win!

Saturday at Ararat Bullring was chaos from the start. Everything that could go wrong getting the car ready did—but we made it just in time to tag the rear in Heat 2. Drove from 6th to 2nd in the heat, which set us up to start 4th in the feature. With a tire size change and a couple setup tweaks, we took the green, jumped to 2nd, and ran down Austin after a great side-by-side battle. Took the lead and never looked back—win #2 of the weekend!

Double Trouble, Double Victory – Shenandoah & Natural Bridge Sweep

What a night! We set out to support both Shenandoah Speedway and Natural Bridge Speedway—and we ended up sweeping them both.

We kicked things off at Shenandoah, qualifying P1 but starting 4th due to the invert. The car was hooked up early, and we charged to the front. With 4 laps to go, we started losing horsepower, but we held strong and brought it home for the win.

No time to celebrate—we bolted on fresh tires, made a few quick setup changes, loaded up, and hit the road for Natural Bridge. That’s when things got interesting. Truck trouble on the way nearly ended our night, but we got it fixed just in time—only to miss qualifying and start at the tail of the field.

We patiently worked our way up and chased TJ Smith for 16 laps until a late caution gave us a shot. On the restart with 4 to go, we got the jump and battled side by side. Just as we were making the pass, his car broke—and we took the lead for good. Win #2 of the night.

Two tracks. Two wins. One unforgettable night.
