Hello FB land!!! Just a quick note to get a handle on the Rumor mill. We are NOT !!!! going out of business!!! We were looking at moving the location and even entertaining a change in ownership but we are certainly not going away!!! We have been open by appointment while Steve is recovering from surgery but we are still making sure all of our awesome customers are being taken care of the best way possible. We are looking at some sales and marketing improvements and even a few updates to our store policies. So business as usual and stop in to see our new sale prices !!!!

Ok Face Book!!!!! Lets ask a question that has been under debate lately in my shop. We have customers on both sides of the isle. What is the most important in making a buying decision. Is it the lowest price or is it the best service after the sale?

Its not uncommon to have a brand new item straight out of the box that doesn't work properly, but you can gamble that the item will be fine and you can save a few dollars . Which way are you barking? Please comment below!!!

In case any of you are wondering how the form fours are doing this is it. Been trying since yesterday all of the e-form stuff appears to be working except when you go to submit it says contact system administrator. After 2 hours on the phone three different people I've talked to and the last number I got sent me to a message board where I could type a message to hopefully get a response someday. You guys chime in below is anyone else had any better luck? We will continue to be closed on Saturdays so hopefully by Tuesday when we open back up we'll have it straightened out. We apologize to everyone who bought the quiety things this is not our doing but we're doing our best to get it resolved
