Summer workouts begin this week! Be ready to go and make every effort to be there, as this is the most important training time in preparation for the season. Rising 6th graders are welcome as well, just bring a copy of your physical. Drop off is at the gym and pick up at the fieldhouse. Go Phoenix!!

Attention rising 6th graders: we will host a free football camp on Monday and Tuesday for rising 6th graders. See the flyer for more information.
*You must have a physical brought with you to participate in the camp!*
