Everyone can do it regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. It’s for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. The workouts can be modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and more fit. Members encourage and motivate each other in every class as they work toward their goals. What can I expect a workout to consist of?
A full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, and core training. The movements are safe, effective and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life. Classes run an hour in length, but the workout itself may take anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes and on any given day, you could be working on skills like pull-ups, sit-ups, box jumps, squats, or rowing mixed with burpees. What’s really great is that within these workouts, movements can be scaled down (or up!) for any level of fitness at any age, so they’re challenging every time. Since you never know what to expect, each workout promises an engaging, exciting experience every time you walk through the door—which is why we all love it!
