Main Street Fitness driven by Calera CrossFit CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. Is Functional Fitness for me? Yes. An added plus is you gain a support network.

Everyone can do it regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. It’s for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. The workouts can be modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and more fit. Members encourage and motivate each other in every class as they work toward their goals. What can I expect a workout to consist of?

A full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, and core training. The movements are safe, effective and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life. Classes run an hour in length, but the workout itself may take anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes and on any given day, you could be working on skills like pull-ups, sit-ups, box jumps, squats, or rowing mixed with burpees. What’s really great is that within these workouts, movements can be scaled down (or up!) for any level of fitness at any age, so they’re challenging every time. Since you never know what to expect, each workout promises an engaging, exciting experience every time you walk through the door—which is why we all love it! Huge congratulations to Jake, Frank, and George for representing Calera CrossFit at Music City Mayhem in Nashville, TN today!

All three put together outstanding performances against some tough competition.

🥇 George took 1st place in his age group
🥈 Frank earned 2nd place in his age group
🏅 Jake finished 6th place in the RX division

So proud of the work, and dedication these athletes continue to show. They represented our gym and community incredibly well. Congratulations, guys! 👏💪🔥

No crazy diet.
No cutting out everything she loves.
No “starting over every Monday.”

Allison just keeps showing up.

A few small tweaks:
• Swapped Coke → Coke Zero
• Added in some higher protein options
• Kept it realistic

And the biggest one:
👉 She stayed consistent in the gym

That’s it.
This is what actually works.

If you’re waiting until everything is “perfect” to start… don’t.
Start messy. Stay consistent. Watch what happens.
Most people are looking for a better plan…
